Bubble Gum and Writing

Our class had a blast writing "How To's". Every child was given a piece of bubble gum and they had to write down step-by-step instructions on how to blow a bubble. It was so much FUN! Ask your child about this activity and check out the pictures below!

Turkey Recipes

This week our class has been working on "How-To" writing. I showed the students many examples of step-by-step pieces. Then we talked about recipes. The kids wrote recipes for their families on how to prepare a Thanksgiving turkey. Let's just say that I noticed the kids in Room 16 love Ranch dressing, sugar, hot sauce, and lemon in their turkeys! I hope you enjoy reading their recipes!
